Dear Lord Jesus, I admit that I’ve fallen short. I’ve sinned and need your forgiveness. I believe that You lived, died, and rose again so that I could be connected to God. I confess you as my Lord and personal Savior. I give you my past, present, and future. Take my life and use it. I give it to You. Thank You for saving me. Amen.Tell Us Your Story

The Main Idea
In Mark 11:15–19, Jesus walks into the temple and doesn’t stay quiet He flips tables, drives out the money changers, and reclaims the space for what it was meant to be: a house of prayer. This bold act challenges us to look inward. Just as Jesus cleansed the temple in Jerusalem, He wants to cleanse us His living temples removing what doesn’t belong so we can truly honor Him. Are we willing to let Him flip the tables in our hearts?

Questions for Discussion
- What tables might Jesus be flipping in your life right now? (What are the things He’s challenging or removing?)
- Why do you think Jesus was so passionate about cleansing the temple? (What does that reveal about God’s heart for holiness and purpose?)
- In what ways can we turn our hearts back into a “house of prayer”? (Think practically and spiritually.)
- What does it look like to allow Jesus full authority in your life, even if it’s uncomfortable? (How do we surrender control and trust Him in the process?)
