Main Idea

As temples of the Holy Spirit, we are not only called to honor God with our bodies but also to actively nurture and exercise the Spirit within us. This involves intentional spiritual growth, disciplined living, and a continual relationship with God, allowing the Holy Spirit to guide, empower, and transform our lives.

1 Corinthians 6:19

19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;
